Pseudomorphs, Two polished stones of Jasper after Calcite.
You can still see the structure of the Calcite in the stones.
The smaller stone is much Pinker than the pictures.
The Black areas are Pyrolusite (Manganese Oxide).
They show some Fluorescence under both long and short wave UV lighting.
Stone comes from the Sunset Copper mine, Cloncurry, Queensland, Australia
Largest stone measures 39 x 22 x 10.
Combined they weigh 13.7 Grams.
